Great view, great host.
The location was really good. The mountain views and the bears to begin with. The amenities were taken care of. The place felt like home.

The host was very quick to respond to some minor issues. The cabin was not as clean as would have expected. Cobb webs hanging from the kitchen lights, top of the refrigerator was really dirty, painters tape left on bottom of kitchen cabinets. Soap and shampoo containers empty in bathroom. Kitchen cabinets with chipped paint. Old kitchen appliances but they did work. Also kitchen was not stocked with enough utensils. Out front under stairs not clean. Couches in living room worn and not comfortable. Air return also very dusty.

Property was great, views were excellent. Good proximity to the park and a short drive to Gatlinburg/pigeon forge.
